OFTEC has two major areas of operation – the first is the Trade Association, supporting manufacturers and training organisations in the liquid fuel industry. The second is the Competent Person Scheme – currently registering over 9000 heating technicians who operate in the liquid fuel, solid fuel and renewable heating sectors.
