Application for HPA UK Membership

By completing this form, you’ll receive complimentary HPA membership until 31st December 2025, and HPA UK membership from 1st January 2026- 31st March 2026 to align with the membership period you paid for within GSHPA.

This will give you immediate access to member benefits at the level you apply for, at no additional cost.

From April 2026, your membership will continue seamlessly under the new HPA UK (merged association) structure, and you will be invoiced a pro-rated fee covering the remaining nine months of 2026. From 2027 onwards, membership will follow a standard annual cycle (January–December), unless notice leave is given.

*Your fees will be prorated, and you will be invoiced for 9 months of fees on 1st April 2026, taking you to 31st December 2026 to align with HPA UK’s January-December financial year. This takes into account that you have already paid your membership fee of GSHPA up until 31st March 2026.
